Arggh… I can’t seem to get my question to you in the right area! I’m just trying to find out if I can use Semaglutide while I’m cycled off of Retatrutide?
I'm 68 and use pep's along with a substantial supplement regimen including colloidal gold, methionine blue, bitters, 14 mushroom mix, cardio miracle, zeolite, etc. and electrolytes for example. And I fast for 7-10 days, three times a year and swear I regenerate substantially.
constipation is drainage stagnation and mitochondria/metabolism failure. This is why I ALWAYS recommend alongside ANY GLP's movement + hydration + total body cleanse and ultimately cellular energizing and drainage supporting protocol which you can find here, look for The Warrior Cleanse: www.dianekazer.com/sarahwestall
Also could be hormonal (usually always is in some way), esp low T for both men and women
I have been off retatrutide for 3 months and about to start again. But I still have constipation. I tried Dr. Diane’s pills for constipation and it made no difference. What do you recommend I do>>. Thank you,
That would not be a fun situation. Most people have the opposite issue at first as the body detoxes. If you did not have constipation before starting this and Diane's pills are also not working, then it may be a side effect that is unfortunately rare that affects you. If you had constipation before starting Retatrutide, I would get that under control first. That is typically due to food/digestion issues that often can be remedied by changing your eating patterns/food.
I did have it before, Sarah. I have eaten mostly protein. I just do not know what else to do! I have insulin resistance and feel better in that area on retatrutide. Do you have any concrete recommendations? I know you are not a doctor but what would you do? Thank you. Kay
If you had it before, it is likely not the Retatrutide unless you didn't have it for a while and it came back. Then Reta may contribute. I still would do a detox and clean out your system. Then figure out what foods are causing it. I had your issues about 15 years ago, that helped me. It is common. You can reset your gut and digestion issues, but it takes time figuring out what is causing it. You could also get a food allergy test. That may tell you what foods you have issues with - its not just allergies, but ones your body doesn't tolerate well. Yes, I am not a doctor. So I have to do the disclaimers. But I am not going to stop sharing what I know!! :)
Good for you Sarah. I have done gall bladder/ liver cleanse and kidney cleanse. I even did about 3 weeks of chlorite. Never had food allergies. Did 3 months of biogut regulator. I just don’t ever feel fully emptied out! I feel better on retatrutide. Thank you Sarah,

My friend tried different kinds of magnesium to no avail, she finally went to the hospital and they gave her magnesium glycinate and that did the trick. Taking fiber usually helps as well, it always works for me.
The future of medicine is frequency, modulation and application. Disease is frequency misalignment.

Contagion is a myth, virology, oncology, pharmacopeia and allopathy are medical fraud.
